RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

 

We want our customers to love the experience of shopping with us and feel happy with their purchases, but if something isn't right, let us know. The product can be exchanged for colour, size, or another style as well, if it is in stock. You just have to inform us of change required within 48 hours of receipt of product.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange. You need to inform us of the issue within 48 hours from the date of receipt of product. The returned merchandise should reach us within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

Once received, the customer care team at Tarun Tahiliani would inspect the product for the need for exchange and based on their jurisdiction, the exchange will be made possible.

If you do not wish for an exchange then the refund will only be in the form of Credit Note.

 

EASY DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail

1. On the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you're returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.

2. Pack your return securely, in the original package, and include your completed invoice.

3. Courier the parcel back to us.

4. We do not return or exchange gift certificates, jewellery, bags and sunglasses once dispatched unless it is a manufacturing defect.

5. No returns on discounted merchandise

We will not accept the product :
(a) if it has been damaged by you
(b) if it's altered as per specs shared by you
(c) if it has been worn.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We do not offer merchandise exchanges or refunds on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us @ info@taruntahiliani.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.

We do not accept any returns if the product is dispatched to us after 14 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a "Return Accepted" confirmation email from us.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
